100% agree with larger thumbnails. Relatedly, Goodnotes could also add a magnifying glass to the thumbnail window (to better see what's on a page) and make it easier to jump ahead to a particular part of the document (e.g., maybe add buttons to skip to 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 of the way through the document) that would be even better.
