    I did the one-time purchase in 2023. Now in 2025, I’d love to switch to the annual subscription so that I can access it on my PC as my projects have expanded. And I can’t. I’d have to delete my account, lose all of my stuff, and then re-enroll. Or find a way to back up all of my stuff (as PDFs, losing hyperlinks and all of the Goodnotes-ey features on them), delete my account, and re-enroll. I really hope that they consider account-type-switching capability, because I know I’m not the only one with this problem.
