In GoodNotes 5 we implemented the option to create infinite subfolders to replace the concept of “categories” in GoodNotes 4. Consider using multiple documents in a subfolders instead of adding everything to one notebook. If you want to further divide your notebook internally, you can use bookmarks or custom outlines to label your pages.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kai commentedThis is a feature that's been missing from my GoodNotes experience. I'm a science student and constantly reuse the same axes, tables, graphs, illustrations, etc in my homework, class notes, and reports.
The ability to save my drawings for future use (i.e. copy, paste from a history menu) would drastically improve how efficiently I could get my work done.
Thanks!!
Yes, this. My project notebooks often contain sub-projects, results of sub-projects, and sometimes sub-sub-projects, etc... The ability to group information into folders or ‘sub-notebooks’ would be a huge improvement.
I’m currently attempting to manage my ever-growing collection of data using bookmarks like these:
Project_1
Project_1_Results
Project_1_Modifications
Project_1_Meeting_Notes
Project_1_1

You get the picture.
Folders (or nested bookmarks), please!
