Just would like to echo this idea. This would be really useful for presentation. In addition to referencing other notes, another use case would be to copy/paste ready made components (pictures, etc) from another note. Currently this is doable by using split screen, but forces the user to use only part of the screen for presentation/reference. On the smaller ipad this is quite inconvenient.
