I have never ending "Preparing your library for a faster experience..." thing popping up and blocking me from using the app. Is it another bug?

Why is the file keep closing after making an edit?

My notes keep closing and showing:

File Modified
The file was closed because it was modified on another device

Why is this still such an issue? I have re-installed, I have backed up and imported individual documents, I'v basically tied everything short of standing on my head and drinking water upside down with a pencil in my mouth. But here we are. Frustratingly stuck in a meeting with my phone, without the important notes I'd prepared on my ipad at home this morning.

Please set up Dropbox sync. Or force sync. Or anything at all PLEASE because this is forcing me to investigate other options, including the free and not great but at least it syncs effortlessly Google Keep!

This is still a problem though my IPad is on OS 12. It does not work.

Yup, your synching works great. I work on my Mac, and it updates the un-updated notes from my iPad, deleting my work every few minutes. If I work on the iPad it syncs the the document from Mac without the new work, updating by deleting all my work. How is syncing better if it is uploading the unedited versions and deleting my work????? I can't believe I paid to get this on both of my devices.

My files are not syncing between ipad and mac. I have followed the instruction on the help page - it doesn't work.

I think it's time for me to try another note taking app... I am using Goodnotes between an iPad and 2 Macbooks. I am constantly losing my notes due to bad or no sync... Takes forever and no way to force it.

How are you getting people to pay for this? These should be basic functions at this point.

I can’t copy my lecture because the icloud sync ia taking forever. icloud us suppose to be fast and make our life easier, not like thif

your program used to be great....now it sucks. the syncing is not repaired.

Sync with doesn't work at all.
All documents are shown on iPhone and iPad, but not on my MacBook. Not even the folders, it's just a blank page with a cloud and a running circle. Maybe its because of iCloud family. This really sucks a lot. This issue is well known for a long time now and still nothing has happened.

This is still an issue -- version 4.12.20

Version 4.12.20 on iOS. My iPad isn't downloading my notebooks from iCloud. Disabling and reenabling iCloud sync isn't doing anything. :(

EDIT: Nvm, copying some pdf to Goodnotes to edit it there made the notebooks and categories magically appear.

I just bought the Macbook pro version so that i can have my notes on my laptop and ipad and the icloud sync is not working at all. how can I fix this? if this doesn't work then there is no point in me purchasing the mac version.

What is the period of renewal subscription of Goodnotes? The renewal of the payment is it monthly, yearly or when the application is updated?

Goodnote takes forever to sync. I cannot open my doc.

It is not working for me as well. After editing a note on the mac it will not be synchronized to the ipad pro. Please help!!

Still not working for me. I was really hoping that after getting out of the ios11 beta, and into the public version that it would fix the iCloud glitch. I’m planning on reaching out to them tomorrow. Back to using inkflow.
