Look & Feel
GoodNotes is the most useful app for me as a University Student.
However, there is this one thing that constantly makes me want to grab another app or Paper&Pen again. It is GoodNotes' appearance before entering a notebook.
The way notebooks look and are organised is simply uninspiring, boring and extremely unhandy!
This one very thing keeps dragging me over to Noteshelf. I like everything about GoodNotes more. But the refreshing look of noteshelf is a deal breaker for me.
I would be extremely happy if there is any chance of you working on the apps' design.
GoodNotes 5 adds a more modern look and feel and we hope that you like it. We also implemented many new covers and templates, so that the library view looks more exciting.

I think the term 'recently hired' in this instance is a joke and can hardly be used in a comment that is over one year old.
How many people are working at GoodNotes? -

I think you can forget the likelihood of this app being developed any further. Looking through the requests that are marked 'Started' they are all at least 1 Year old and some are over 2 Years old.

I also agree. I feel like it needs a home page (or improved navigation usability) where you can see all your folders > notebooks > notes etc.
Sometimes I struggle finding the note I am looking for, especially when I need to find it in a hurry or jumping between projects. I am relatively new (2 months) to using the iPad for all my notes, so perhaps I'm still thinking of it like a physical notebook -- but this just makes sense to me. I like having one notebook for each project and multiple tabs within.
I love all the functionality of good notes (the snipping tool is one I haven't seen on other apps) so it is my primary note taking app (along with Nebo). Improved navigation / home page and the global search functionality would make good notes my sole note taking app. -
