Enable to create links between pages
As the contents in the notebook keeps increasing over a period of time, I would like to have a link or connector to a previous page or a different book within the app to quickly navigate to the desired content instead if flipping through the pages.

Was just trying to figure out how to do this really disappointed it's not already a feature

This would be amazing! And not just between pages but maybe ability to create clickable boxes on top of drawings or notes so you can cross-reference to another place in the notebook. Even better if you could have it link to a page on another notebook.

I also like to underline: NOT to include different hyperlinks in such a program is simply unprofessional. This mistake should give shame to the developers. It is ridiculous that you don't offer it already.
The program HYPERCARD from Apple included these features already in the late eighties. GoodNotes is a very useful app, I am working daily with it. But you should include hyperlinks as fast as possible!

Here to echo the majority. It would be Mega helpful to have this type of feature. All my PDF's already have in document links, I'd like to add more as I add more pages...

Wonder why it’s too late …Adobe viewer already has this long time … simple button that captures the exact view of page ( not just the starting of page number tagged) .
I would suggest the team to use google drive as cloud storage . It would be easier to add portals to new documents too .
I mean it would be game changer to review articles or make references especially big files.

Where is this on the list of features/updates planned for GoodNotes?

This should have been a feature already

I would love to recommend this to more people. I'm a teacher and love using goodnotes it is great and almost the perfect tool for me. Almost. I use goodnotes as my agenda, lesson planner and grade book. However as these are all living documents which can sometimes grow to hundreds of pages depending on class sizes without the ability to hyperlink it becomes very difficult to create a comfortable work flow.
The functionality already exists within the app. If you create a hyperlinked pdf and import it into the app it works just fine. Meaning the app already knows how to do it you just need to add the feature to create those hyperlinks within the app itself rather then returning to some pdf editor to add a page in (which I think would defeat the purpose of using goodnotes.
Please add this feature. You would make a lot of teachers very happy!

I have now read through some of the latest comments and I am in shock over how the Good Notes team have ignored this request for over 5 years! 8(
Why do you find it so hard to develop something that other apps like Zinnia, Canva and Keynotes obviously have managed to create? You have a lot of paying users that are unhappy right now. Invest in this feature (outsource is a good option if you don't have the knowledge) and I am sure you will win some of the competitive apps' users over, which would cover the costs of development. I would gladly help spreading the word about GoodNotes if you'd give us this function.
Please! -

To me, this is my biggest problem with Good Notes and it makes me dependent on other apps in order to create fully functional documents. Also, it limits my chances of extending documents with more pages, since the added pages will not integrate fully with the previous content.
This is a really critical issue for me and as it seems; for many others as well, considering all the votes this request has gotten.
I actually created my GoodNotes account on this website ONLY to be able to vote for this function to be added.
I will be very disappointed if you neglect our wish for an implementation of this function. -

Get on it already Goodnotes. You have thousands of PAYING customers asking for a simple change.

I am surprised this isn't already a feature. Would definitely help with workflow efficiency. If it could function similarly to how notion internal hyperlinks work, that would be sweet.

I was surprised not to find this in goodnotes - have only just started using the app and pretty much immediately wanted to find a way to do this. I like the fact you can set up links in a PDF template which are then active in goodnotes (so you can work with a calendar or planner for example), but being able to actively create links in the app itself, from one page to another (and perhaps from one notebook to another), would be so helpful...

My notebook is getting bigger and bigger and I can't find anything. Links between pages would help a lot

I have an additional request/idea for this feature.
Implement it via a lower-level functionality.
Add URI support for Goodnotes 5.
Let us open any "object" within Goodnotes from outside the app via a simple URI.
Ex)
goodnotes://open?document=Office%20Ergonomics&page=4
If the page value is out of bounds simply open the last page of the document.
This feature would be a GAME CHANGER.

Has this critical feature been under consideration for ~5 years!
We can implement it for you in a weekend.

Since there is a document in the pop up store I guess it will be available sooner or later..
But I hope it will be very soon. -

I REALLY wish this feature was available!!
I’ve used this great app for a while and have found not having this ability to be frustrating for the notes/content I have. I would even re-buy it if this was incorporated as the creators have been very good to us with updates…something so many developers have abandoned in search of more money.

Never the less, this idea is nearly 5 years old, following the comment it is much older.
I guess you are working in an agile team. Just do it! Bring this topic to your Backlog and into the next Sprint and give it to your users. From my perspective it should not be that difficult to realize it.
Thanks in anticipation!
