Move the request for bluetooth into the external settings dialog

When I start the app, it says I need to enable bluetooth in order to use external accessories. Well, I don't have any external accessories I want to use with GoodNotes. Please move this dialog into the settings area for external accessories.

    You can tap "..." on the bookshelf toolbar, tap "External Accessories", and then turn off both Jot Touch and Pogo Connect. The alert won't appear again.

    The update did not adequately address the issue being raised in this suggestion. The issue is not whether or not the pop-up goes away after enabling Bluetooth, the issue is that the pop-up continues to appear upon every time the app is initiated when Bluetooth is disabled. Therefore, in order to get the pop-up to go away permanently, the user must keep Bluetooth enabled at all times. This is an unsatisfactory solution. Please remove the pop-up from appearing every time the app starts up while Bluetooth is disabled.

    And what does it do anyway? It allows you to use a "Bluetooth-enabled" stylus?
