Dotted line and more line drawing options
Make it possible to make a straight line between two or more points. Would be great to draw graphs with. Also would be nice to have the ability to make a dotted line, maybe choose space between the dots and so on.

Yes, can confirm it ..! Already used it on Beta, couple of days ago!!
This is GREAT! Thank you GN!!
( Now only major thing missing for me is a pencil tool to do sketches better in GN:-0 !!) -

I’m happy to report GN has just released an update with dotted and dashed lines.

This is a such important feature for me, I just can not understand why this simplest feature (comparing with others) is not already added in GN6, witch in others note apps this is developed for a long time already, it would make my life so much easier!!!!!
I do really love GN6, add it pls -

When drawing graphs it would be super convenient to be able to draw dotted lines.

Interestingly, I was downvoted when I presented the problem of this feature request being ignored in r/Goodnotes.

Adding more anchor points to curve lines will also be extremely useful.

as an engineer student and a new user of this app, it is very difficult to do precise graphs as there is not even an option for a ruler

Such a common thing to use in diagrams for STEM topics

I am an engineering student, as it seems a lot of commenter here are, and this would be a very useful tool to have. I am considering switching to Noteability, as I am still on a free trial

I can’t wrap my head around how this simplest yet critical feature is not already added, its like the product management team is non existent.

I hope can add the function of drawing dashed lines too!!!!

As a physics student, having the ability to make a dotted line would be a huge help in drawing graphs, in terms of speed and ease.

As a medical student, and as an educator and future physician, this will be very valuable to produce professional illustrations. I find dotted lines incredibly helpful to draw out diagrams such as filtration barriers, semipermeable membranes, cells, treatment diagrams, etc. I prefer to do it all within one application. Now I have to switch to notability for this very basic feature.

yes - dotted lines needed for diagrams - I am jumping out of goodnotes to do this and then importing as an image from elsewhere - but this isn't always the best option - I need to be able to draw these directly in goodnotes...

As a science student its very important for me to draw dotted and dashed lines. I am using goodnotes 5 paid version for over 1 year. Now considering to migrate to Notability (because notability has this feature)

Dotted lines are very very useful, especially when you are editing maps or when you have within your text already used many solid lines

Being able to draw dashed and dotted lines is critical.

It is why I prefer Notability.

I totally agree. The only reason I keep my notability in my iPad pro besides goodnotes is this dotted line exist in notability.

It would be so practical. Please add this feature!
