Move and rotate paper freely for Left Handed writers.
I'm left-handed, I cannot physically write on the left side of the screen like the whole left third is uncomfortable to write on as the edge of my iPad gets in the way. The inability to move the page around freely beyond frustrating - It doesn't let me move the left-hand side of the page to the middle of the screen so a lot of the time I have to write something on the right-hand side and use the lasso tool to move it to the left.

greatly appreciate the zoom feature in GoodNotes for its ability to enhance precision while writing and drawing. However, as a left-handed user, I find a limitation that impacts my experience. The current design forces the magnified area to stay strictly within the document’s boundaries. This restriction becomes particularly inconvenient when working near the left edge of the page, as it prevents me from positioning the zoom window slightly off the document.
If the zoom window could move slightly off the page, it would allow me to rest my palm more comfortably on the iPad while writing, without being constrained by the document’s edges. This adjustment would significantly improve the usability and comfort of the app for left-handed users like myself.

Totally agree, I just created an account to post this exact issue and found you'd already done it!
No one on the goodnotes team must be left handed, there's no way they'd have released the product knowing it's practically unusable for 10% of their potential users.

Yes, it would be perfect... a little offset when caimans is zoomed in or if devs could make like Procreate does, would be perfect, to take vertical notes in some cases...

This problem is really occurring when writing an exam summary where you only have a limited amount of sheets available. Would be very cool if you could implement that!

It’s not just a problem for left handed writers. I’m right handed and the edge of my case still gets in the way when I’m writing on the edges of the paper. So I definitely agree that the ability to move the paper more freely would be useful
