Please have two pages viewing feature, instead of split screen. Please.
I use GoodNotes to store my e-textbook PDFs and use it to study. But it’s really troubling to me that i need to use the split view in order to view two separate pages. It’s very difficult and disturbing to use spilt view (which when I want to turn to a page, I need to do the same gesture twice, once left and once right. And every time i want to turn to the next page, I need to swipe twice on each of the separated screens.) when what i need is like reading a book in two pages and when when I flip the page it’s totally the next view of the pages. It gives me a clear picture on where I am, left and right. I always need to refer back to the previous page or the next page like a real book. Using split view is really confusing and annoying when it comes to this. Thank you.

The suggestion to use two windows is such a joke that it's almost insulting. I want to be able to use the same toolbar on the same document and turn the pages with the same action. With such an otherwise wonderful app it's so strange that a basic feature is missing.

Dear GoodNote App Development Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am a dedicated user of the GoodNote app and have been consistently impressed with its functionality and usability. However, I would like to suggest a feature that I believe would significantly enhance the user experience.
Currently, the GoodNote app allows users to view only one page at a time. I would like to request the addition of a feature that enables users to view two pages simultaneously.
By implementing this feature, users like myself would be able to navigate through their notes more efficiently, especially when dealing with longer documents or when comparing information across pages. This enhancement would undoubtedly contribute to the app's overall utility and convenience.
I sincerely hope you will consider my suggestion and incorporate this feature into a future update of the GoodNote app. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

Thank you for allowing me to view two pages through two windows through the last update.
However, no one around me actually uses this feature.
What many people say they really need is the ability to view two pages in one window at a time, rather than two pages in two windows.
We hope to include this feature in the next update soon.

Please create a function that allows you to view two pages together in one document file, not separating them into two windows.

There is no reason to consider two-page view impossible. It absolutely isn’t. Window-view is not the same thing and doesn’t solve the problem. In landscape mode, most of the screen is wasted space. Please let us see two portrait-pages at once in landscape mode.

Please allow "2 page view" so document can be viewed as book/script with notes. This should also allow page turning with <- & -> or pgup/pgdn so can be turned with a remote purge turning device.
Also - would be lovely if I could change page background/text colour (as I can in Apple Books) to suit my needs owing to display or light conditions.
Love the app - thank you very much.

Your idea is one of the best but could you share a GIF of it instead of a video file?
The video file is a little bit hard to view and this might make it more difficult for others to see it. When I first tried to view it, it automatically downloaded itself to my computer. This happened multiple times with different devices. Right now, for some reason, I'm able to view it directly through the website but it doesn't always play properly.
You shared a truly awesome feature idea and it would be great if more people could easily see a visual representation of it. For this reason, I created a GIF of the video that you shared, which you are free to use in this thread if you would like. If you have the option to edit the thread, then you can try to replace the video with the GIF version. I think a GIF will work better because in my personal experience GIFS have always opened without problems in this forum. -

It would be great to have two page view as mentioned before, but to build on that, being able to link text to other pages and better to see them at the same time. I included a video of an example/inspiration (shoutout Baldurs Gate 3).
This would be great for compiling tasks, and with linking, you could add more in depth notes that would be easily accessible when you want. I know it would make organizing my work and notes so much easier.

Add the ability to view two pages of the same document like an open book.

Add an option so that if the iPad is in landscape mode, then it shows two portrait pages like a real notebook.

Hi kindly give option of viewing two pages simultaneously
It becomes monotonous and boring.
Also if tou can ass an option two jort down on a page (study note as in flexcil).
This lacunae brings the whole hardwork of yours down relatively. -

It would be great if GoodNotes5 had an actual “book view” option like if it were an actual notebook. I understand split-view is an option, but you are not able to do continuous texts/drawings/etc. because only one page is available to view at a time. If this option was added, it would make it much simpler to use the planner template by being able to enhance the fluidity of ideas/writing/drawings.
I’ve attached an example from Apple Books (has a one-page view option as well as the 2-page) that shows a two-page view that I think would be a good addition to this app, and an image from my notebook that I really wish could be more fluid so I could go back and forth to each page and add notes easily. -

We should be able to view two pages at once like in a real paper notebook. This should be available in portrait and landscape mode - but especially landscape mode. The "workaround" of opening the app twice is unacceptable and does not meet this improvement. Thanks.
