Since we have vertical scroll, i would like to see an option for chapter scrolling.
For Example: If vertical scroll is enabled (for pages), you can use horizontal scroll for scrolling through chapters. If pages scroll horizontal, chapters could scroll vertical.

Together with page links - i think - this could be a great boost for structuring notebooks and usability.

This may include the creations of chapters or - if not possible - using outlines (as "start" of chapters)
