Request to Manually Synchronize my Premium Upgrade across devices ( from microsoft surface to Apple Ipad )
Dear GoodNotes Support Team,
I downloaded GoodNotes for Windows on my Microsoft device, signed in using my Apple ID, and purchased a Premium Upgrade to create multiple folders and documents.
Recently, I purchased an iPad and downloaded GoodNotes on it. I signed in with the same Apple ID and successfully synchronized my documents.
However, my Premium Upgrade was not synchronized, so l am unable to create folders or write on my iPad.
Could you please help me by manually synchronizing my Premium Upgrade so that it is available on my iPad?
