I am in construction and use goodnotes when on a site to make notes, add pictures etc. My colleagues would benefit greatly from being able to access the same documents and update the notes too as and when things get done or other things are needed.
I don’t do anything else in the absence of this feature. I have to print everything out and have round table meetings to discuss everything once a week which doesn’t really work and these jobs change on a daily basis.

1 & 2 share a todo list with one or two people. Share a notebook for, e.g. planning a trip in the mountains with friends. Work at two or 3 people on annotating the same pdf file. These are situation where I would have loved to be able to share a goodnotes document (eg stored in dropbox, grdive etc)
3. for sharing todo list or planning list: nothing, I deal with the list ane others tell me what to write on it. For correcting a document: it is done iteratively: annotate, export, send, wait, the other recieve, annotate, export send wait etc...

Seriously!!! How do we get them to install this feature!

This feature would be truly awesome. I love GoodNotes, but need an app with a feature like this for my research group with several graduate and undergraduate students.

Having this feature would make math class so much more collaborative and interactive. This would enable teachers to give immediate feedback and private corrections when needed, while holding scholars accountable for being on task and completing assignments.

That would be awesome for us! WE work on projects and collaborating, and now the only way of sharing docs between us in real time is being on the same Icloud user, but this is very unconfortable.

This is urgently needed.

As a teacher this option would give me the missing possibility to check all exercise books of my students and annotate whats missing or wrong or good! It would dramatically improve my workflow and would be a huge selling point for my students.

Seems that if we were able to see the GoodNotes file in iCloud.com then we could add people and share the file that way. Right isn’t possible according to an article listed in the help files stating that the GoodNotes file is proprietary and isn’t able to be read by other programs. Having the ability to collaborate with others would be indispensable.

I’ve been using GoodNotes so much that it is now becoming my calendar of sorts as well.
I have a PDF journal in it with links for my scheduling and it would be great if I can share it with my family so I don’t have to duplicate my events in the phone calendar just so it’s shared.

Add a collaboration feature for group projects

I want to first of all thank you for the app. It pays off easily the money I paid for it and makes my life much easier.

I currently use the app heavily when teaching kids maths, including my 11 yo daughter. She has her own iPad with pen, and many times we find ourselves in a situation when I am away, and she asks me about some topics, would be really helpful for me to be able to collaboratively work with her from remote locations.

In other words, the ability for me to write on my own devices and for her to instantly see my notes on her own device.

Even many times when sitting next to each other, I explain her a concept, give an example, then I need to handover my iPad to her to solve an exercise. Would be super if we can interact at the same time on a Notebook from two different devices.

This would make this app indispensable.

Guessing this one is hard to do, but we really want this implemented in some app. Goodnotes is by far my favorite note taking app, and the interface seems ideal for real time collaborative work, like Surface Hub.

This would be amazing - I could share notebooks with my students...no more needing to carry piles of books home for marking...please oh please...
