It would be great to have the papers organized in Mendeley and be able to open them from there into GoodNotes. Then I can annotate and write all my highly important comments inside the PDF and safe this in Mendeley. So the next time, approx. a year later when I will have forgotten about everything important in that paper and I open it from my Mendeley while writing my Thesis it will show all my nice summarizing brilliant comments.

Integration of or implementation within citation program: I use GoodNotes to annotate, read, and sort academic papers (as PDFs) which I need for my work. Having a direct integration in a citation program like Mendeley or Zotero would be awesome! This would save so much time because I use a citation program create a BibTeX library which can be directly implemented in my TeX file for citations. If it was possible to build-in something like a connection with a citation program which automatically connects/saves the PDF in GoodNotes (for reading and making notes) but also saves all the important infos for citing the paper in the citation program, this would be a real improvement.

Thumbs up, also from me: it would be fantastic to have the interaction, working on a file stored in another app.
Or ... combine in goodnotes a desktop platform (not to be payed extra) or a referencing tool

I already combine Mendeley and Good notes on occasion, but it would be helpful if they could flow together instead of fracturing my literature review among different sources. This would be superb for literature, reading, and note taking.
