Please add the audio recording feature to goodnotes

As far as I know, this is the only function GoodNotes lose to Notability. Even I decided to use GoodNotes instead of Notability, I would still appreciate audio recording function so much!

I want to use GoodNotes for my bird book ... record calls and also add recordings to existing files. Everything else gives me what I need, a template, pictures, excellent data capture ... EXCEPT for the audio!

Just add these features like recording, Gifs, pdf editing like cut a part, and also add in Lasso tools boxes shapes, Im notability user because of that but actually I like the option in GoodNotes more but please please please add these features

Hi Goodnotes team, I am a Notability user just because of its recording feature and more option to add in the notes like gifs. But otherwise I love Goodnotes. So just upgrade few of these things and all the notes app consumers will love it.

In Notability, the outline of the words or drawings can be seen when playing back a recording. It’s almost like seeing watermarks. It would be good if this isn’t the case for GoodNotes... or at least there’s an option to disable and enable this, based on user-preference. Thanks!

As mentioned, playback speed adjuster. Also, the ability to "place" a recording (from the recordings list for that document, and from anywhere else) into the physical space of the document the same way you place a picture.

Please add speed options for playback, like 0.5x, 0.25x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x

was going to get notability just because of the feature but now dont have to! good thing I looked into upcoming features! awsome!!

Hi! Please please add the voice recording option and the multitasking option (where you can see 2 notes at the same time). These features would be really useful.

Hey guys, I'm a new iPad user and was doing some research to choose between Notability and GN5. I ended up buying notability (sorry) and the sole reason was audio-recording capability (I'm still not sure if I ever use it but it's nice to have the option). You've done a great job overall in GN5 and if at some point you add audio-recording I personally would use GN. Great job btw. cheers

Audio feedback with a highlight feature that matches up to the notes you took could be helpful. If possible if you are going over notes selecting written notes and it takes you to a specific time stamp (15 seconds prior to) in the audio file would be very useful as well. Can’t wait for it to go live for conferences and professional development seminars I use good notes often but sometimes switch to notability if I want to reference back to material

This really is a must have feature for GoodNotes 5! Please add it ASAP. We volume purchase licences and they're all going to Notability because it has this feature. Otherwise, GN5 for the win!

An ability to import an mp3 or audio file from a digital recorder would be cool too (and some tools to match it up)

I love this app it just NEEDS a recording feature!
