Please add this feature this literally the border line of why people ask which app Notability vs Goodnotes 5 or at least for me make this easier for us all and just add it already. I would use Goodnotes 5 entirely if it meant audio synced notes as well. Heck I’m even willing to pay $20.00 more for a feature like this on Goodnotes 5 hopefully not just audio but notes sync to audio like notability.

Please we really REALLY need this so much, it would make the app totally amazing and surely I will recommend it to more people.

Like so many others have said, this would make GN perfect. Currently I'm switching back and forth between Notability and GN when I need recordings which is not a good experience, and is slowly leading me towards considering the competition as a potential full-time solution. In every other way I prefer GN though, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do this!

Why is this not in the app yet?? I don’t think any of us needs it to be perfect like notability but please just get something out already oh my god.

Why is the top voted suggestion from 2014 and still not done? Do you not care about your customers? I think I'll request a refund and go back to Notability.

Yes, please add this feature, and I think the idea of having a different colour background to aid long periods of reading or lower light environments is also a great idea.
Audio recording and changing different colour background are two well used features in NOTABILITY.
So, please add them！

With Notability’s recent price restructuring, HUGE swaths of their customer base will migrate here instead of OneNote.

Please add audio recording that can be attached to the notebook. That would be a gamechanging feature for lectures.
