This needs to happen soon! I use GoodNotes for all my classes and this way I don't have to go back and forth between notes on days when I need to use my computer!

How about using the pen on the touchpad?
I use a pogo connect so pressure sensitive is definite a must to have -

A mac companion that can work like Notesuite would be great. I would love to stick to Goodnotes if they can make a full-fledged Mac companion.

A Mac version that can Edit the PDF the same as GoodNotes. I can view PDFs from my GoodNotes Dropbox folder, but on my Mac I can't update them on Dropbox and re-sync to IPad.

The "problem" @tfried is that it's not a two-way sync. The PDF's are exported from GoodNotes and uploaded (to Dropbox in my case). If any changes are made on the PDF, they aren't reflected on GoodNotes' copy on my iPad.
I would also love this feature and would be willing to pay for a Mac version!

PDF isn't appropriate. I'd like to have an option same as pages, numbers, or keynote have. Single repository for all devices including my desktop mac and MacBook. I'd love to pay for this kind of solution.

A lot of people who use an ipad probably have a mac as well.
And syncing with the mac is something everybody would love- i would be willig to pay 10 dollars for a mac version. -

PDF?
Seriously, where is the problem? Export your notes as PDF and read them with the Preview.app on Mac OS X.
