It's like no one from GoodNotes ever uses a keyboard with their iPad. The terrible text formatting options -- namely the lack of lists -- keeps driving me back to OneNote.

Bullet points is a must. When writing typed out notes, I feel like I need a bit more structure between titles/main topics and the notes I put under them.

+ More on typed notes. When writing a sub-point to a bullet point I like to press tab and indent what I am going to write. It makes it easier for me to differentiate between the two "points". When indenting and using "tab", it only does the first line and then the rest goes back to the margin line on the left side. I think adding in where pressing tab makes everything else you write "tabbed" as well will make a big difference to note taking on this app.

Is this an overlooked idea?? Any updates within the last 6 years? I feel like having no bullet points system makes it difficult to use goodnotes to type up notes and save time from writing.

PLEASE ADD BULLETS!!!!!!!!! The best way for me to study is with bullets and it bothers me mentally that I cant.

Please add a bullet point feature on goodnotes!! If possible, a "type anywhere" feature would be amazing too! I personally hate having to input a text box every time I have to type something out. As a law student, the ability to type my notes out is imperative, as professors's lectures are usually extremely verbose. If goodnotes had a better typing feature, I guarantee that there will be PLENTY more students making the switch over to goodnotes!

Yes! Bullets, nested bullets, checkboxes, and a function to insert tables... drawing them out is not ideal, especially when you have to insert a row or a table.

Agreed with the all the posted comments on bullet and nested bullets. I use GoodNote for almost everything else. The only thing that really keep me from fully embrace GoodNote for all my studies is this feature. I can deal with not having features like graphs and tables. There is just no way for me to do my notes without bullets and nested bullets. Please help us....

EVEN BETTER would be nested bullets—then GoodNotes would be truly unstoppable!!

Please add bullet points; i'm so disappointed that the app doesn't take this simple yet fundamental feature into account, esp for those who use typing for your app. Also, line spacing's settings is wonky, please look into that as well as mine often reverts back to a setting which I did not set.

Well you finally lost me. I can handle no voice recording, but no bulletpoints finally got me. After a few years of thinking that feature would be added, I now see that it will not. Very frustrating being its such a simple feature. Now migrating back over to Notability.

Is honestly strange that there is no bullet option. Even weirder that your users are asked for it 5 years ago and you guys just ignored the request.
