when typing notes, ability to do organized bullets/numbering would be great.

Yes, please improve general type input by adding missing features from Word!
Bullet points is the most important though! -

Ability to do bullet points like notability! I prefer goodnotes over notability but I find myself having to go to notability everytime I want to type something because the typing experience in goodnotes is very frustrating

It would be nice to have formatting options in the text like bullet points with tiers or lists.

It would be nice when using the Text Option, to have following Options when formatting the Text
- Block Heel
- Enumeration (Dots, Symbols and Numbers) -

Bullet Lists! A basic for any note taking application. These need to be supported regardless of whether you are using a keyboard or a stylus. How can such a great product be lacking such a basic feature the most other apps have?

I'm a student who takes a ton of notes, both typed and handwritten. While I can add bullet points using keyboard shortcuts, the text doesn't format correctly. Images are usually pasted on top of textboxes, so textboxes have to be manipulated around an image so everything can be seen. Currently, I type my notes in another app and then import them to GoodNotes (see attached screenshot). It'd be great to be able to do everything in one place.

It’s about time that bullet points get added as a feature. Even I a fist year computer science student can create a website or app that allows to have the bullet point feature. Is the team incapable of doing so?

Please do this! I like to type my notes but I can’t use goodnotes even though I’ve purchased it because I can’t do bulletpoints! I would love to see better text features!! I would use the app for a 100% of my notes if this feature improves

Bullet points and number points for typing, please! Goodnotes is the best out of all the popular note taking application regarding the ability to type into PDF notes!!! It is one of its major advantages. However, it doesn't have the bullet point feature and is not as organized/neat, so it kind of loses its advantage over other note taking apps, in this regard.

Been searching menus to find bullets and numbered lists to no avail. Hard to believe this basic but essential feature hasn't been added.
WHY???

we have to type "tab" every single line to make an organized list --- that just doesn't work for me. I'm in my first week of medical school, and I know this applies to a ton of people in other fields too -- it's super infeasible to handwrite every note/list. please please PLEASE change this. until then, I have to switch :(

Pleases add this! Something similar to what Evernote or Notability has.
It's the only thing missing for this to be my one-stop note-taking app. -

Surprising that so many are noting the “work around” of option+8. On this iPad Pro 2018 with Apple keyboard, that only creates a bullet point *character*, but it does not create an indented list starting with a bullet point. That’s the whole point. People are asking not for “bullets” but for an indented, multi-level, bulleted (and numbered) list. Please add. Sometimes typing is appropriate, even in a hand-writing app. And every note-taking app has that basic functionality.
