Zoom window in one side in landscape mode
It would be nice if the zoom window can be put on the left side(for left handers) or right side of the screen on landscape mode instead of on the bottom.

Magic keyboard Delete Selection
On IPad Pro, sometime the selection made with the pencil can be deleted using the Delete key on the Magic Keyboard, some other times it won’t work for no reason. Would be nice to make it work all the time.

PDF pages
Sometimes when I read and take notes on lecture PowerPoint pdf on GoodNotes, I feel like the pages display are too big (I used an iPad Pro) esp when the content on the slides is not very compact. So I wonder if it’s possible to set how the pdf to be displayed, like for horizontal it can be set to 2x2, 3x2. Or for vertical, it can be set to 2x4, 2x6, or even 3x4 etc instead? To be able to view more pages at a glimpse like the outlines and also able to actually read the content would be…

Options for DECREASING PDF SIZE
Please provide a way to decrease the size of the PDF's. I mark student work all the time sent to me from iOS devices - the only ones that I can not seem to decrease the size of using every technique in my arsenal are ones from GOODNOTES - inside I am saying, "BADNOTES, BADNOTES" - please fix this - thanks. For example the builtin DOC scanner in the iOS notes creates PDF's that are a very reasonable size. Thanks

Add a separate icon for making clas cards on the toolbar which has a select like tool
So the idea
Is if you a pdf
With an image
You have a the new
Flash card tool option
You can select a text
To make it a close or flash card
Or an image to occlude it
Now once that is doneJust double tap the icon on tool bar to enter into flash card mode
Once you revised your answer
Move on to another topic
I have loads of idea
And would love to work on your teamI am a surgeon from India
I don’t need money or anything of sorts just collaborate and some shoutouts…

Live-Kamera

better OCR recognition
When I scan a multi-page document through GoodNotes or import a scanned document, the saved quality is not sufficient, so that - in contrast to Notify - not all text passages are found when searching.
This is clear if you look at the file sizes between Notify and GoodNotes during the backup.

Patch Tool
I like how the patch tool works in Photoshop, and I think it would be useful in GoodNotes too. I would use it to edit diagrams and remove parts, such as labels, that I do not want. Here is an example of how the patch tool works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=II4lfxoNrJ8
Even though the patch tool is commonly used to edit photographs, it can definitely be used for editing illustrations too. I have used the patch tool in Photoshop before, and I started seeing the need for it again as I was trying to prepare diagrams for GoodNotes. I feel that it would…2 votes
