One of the major issues in relation to using a digital file, compared to a traditional paper file is that in a paper file you can attach "post-its" to relevant pages which you can then refer to when you are using that file. This is an essential tool for lawyers, for example. So that, if you are referring to a bundle of files, you can have them in front of you where you can see the protruding tabs and refer to them immediately. The visualisation of the tabs – allows for easy access to the relevant page.

Infinite Canvas
The biggest pro of digital note taking is the boundaries of traditional one and paper that it breaks.
Studies have shown that learning efficiency and understanding of a subject is increased by higher order learning and mind mapping. For these techniques, an infinite canvas is needed.It would be highly appreciated if this function would be added.

Native Samsung S Pen Eraser support
Other Android apps allow use of the physical eraser button of the stylus, but this does not work so far with S-Pen on Galaxy Tab. Selection eraser from the software menu is not very convenient and subpar to other notes apps.

Change Nav Color (or Hide)
I’d love to see the nav bar color changed to a more neutral, less distracting color.
You could probably consider this a purist request, but I’ve always found the navy blue navbar to be unappealing and distracting.
I’m not too interested in offering exact solutions, because I trust that good developers will make good decisions regarding UI and implementation.
But if I thought about it for a moment, potential solutions could be:
● Navbar colors that match the journal cover
● Simple user preference w/ preset colors and a custom color swatch option

Zoom percentage
Add Zoom Percentage, please. The zoom affects the way we write and therefore if we'd like to keep our notes consistent in size and neatness. Adding a zoom percentage display would allow us to know what zoom size we prefer and always set our zoom percentages to that number.

When I rotate an object, I want to be able to rotate it without re-sizing; the two features should be separate.
The rotate, resize objects is currently tied to together, therefore when I just want to rotate an object I can’t unless my hand is really steady otherwise it resizes the object as well - these two functions have to be separate.

IOS18 smart script
Please integrate the ios18 new notes app feature. The smart script will make me it faster and easier to write. It edits the users handwriting allowing to make it easier to read or add more and other things. Smart Script also maintains the look and feel of a user’s personal handwriting, automatically refining it in real time to be smoother, straighter, and more legible. Please I beg for this feature!!!

Tape Feature Expansion
I suggest an addition to the tape feature that would allow the user to cover/uncover all of the tape on the current page. This would be extremely useful in slides such as anatomical diagrams, which have many possible areas to cover and study. This feature would immediately remove the repetitiveness of having to go back through and individually re-cover names.

그런데 멤버마다 선호하는 폰트가 다릅니다. 텍스트 상자에 적용되는 글꼴을 한번에 원하는 폰트로 바꾸는 기능이 있으면 좋겠습니다.
pc버전에서라도 텍스트 상자 글꼴 바꾸는 버튼을 편집 기능에 넣거나, ctrl+클릭 등의 방법으로 텍스트 상자를 복수로 선택해서 폰트를 한 번에 바꿀 수 있게 부탁드립니다.7 votes -

Request for Chinese Support in Audio Transcription Feature
I recently learned about your experimental Audio Transcription feature, and I think it is an excellent tool for enhancing productivity and learning. However, I noticed that it currently does not support Chinese transcription. Add more languages like Polish or Norwegian or in general European languages
I’m a student which I know some other people can relate to is to know a lot of different languages and wants to make notes like in their native language or their secondary language. For example I would gladly be happy if there was more choices to choose for languages. It’s a little bit annoying to write when the dictionary says it’s wrong and have the red line under the words. Allow for sub-bullet points!
Allow indentation with bullet points on the "Bulleted List" on the new text feature on Goodnotes 5, not just on the first line of bullet points. Similar to how you would take notes using bullet points in Microsoft, Google, or Pages. PLEASE!
