  1. It would be practical to be able to move pages that should rather be in a different document, because at the moment you would have to download and then import into the other document and that is rather time-consuming.

  2. Improving GoodNotes for Android, Windows, and Web could significantly benefit self sponsorship visa holders who need a flexible and reliable tool for note-taking and document management. Ensuring seamless cross-platform synchronization is essential for keeping data up-to-date and accessible from anywhere, especially for professionals constantly on the move or working across multiple devices. Adding advanced pen input features and enhanced handwriting recognition on touch-enabled devices will make it easier for users to take handwritten notes, while better optical character recognition (OCR) will allow for efficient searching within notes, helping users manage important documentation like visa paperwork and financial records. 5. Include the tool for recording small tapes in different parts of a document, as in PowerPoint presentations, in which you can listen to a different recording in each slide. Same idea, but adding a sticker, for example, in a specific part of your work which you can be able to listen to while studying with your IPad once you click on it, for instance. The recording tool for the whole document is good, but being able to record just a smaller tape for a specific part of your studying material, would be awesome, too.

  6. The time keeper tool allows users to track how long they have been working within certain documents, and overall, the work hours during the week. Would be great for productivity and a confidence boost for those of us feeling like we aren't working enough.

  8. Many digital planning users utilize PDFs with Goodnotes for planning. We at weekview offer digital planners, and the majority of our customers use Goodnotes. Apple users can enjoy the benefits of hyperlinks, but unfortunately, Android and Windows desktop users cannot yet. It would be extremely important for Android and Windows users to also be able to use hyperlinks with Goodnotes.

  10. Currently, the only way option we have is "Enable spellcheck for New Documents". I use this app to take notes in my college courses. I am constantly switching between writing calculus equations and annotating computer science lecture pdfs. The app currently always tries to spellcheck my equations and thinks that they are words. I want to be able to enable spell check for a specific document, or even toggle it for a certain folder (Off for Calculus, on for others).

  11. I wish to view the notes that I write on my iPad/PC to be visible on my android mobile phone on the go as well, so that I can travel light without needing to carry other devices or having to save the files in my drive all time.

  13. It would be very useful to be able to customize the Squeeze Control so that not only the floating menu appears, but for example to be able to change COLOR with the same tool. Since I know that you can change tools with the squeeze but enabling the color change would save a lot of time.

In addition, the option to improve writing added with iPadOS 18 in Apple's native notes app could be added, in this way the hand notes would be more readable.

  14. In the iOS 18 update there will be a feature in the calculator app where you can handwrite math equations and it will automatically generate an answer in your handwriting after an equals sign. It will also edit its answer as you edit the equation. This could be a cool feature to implement into Goodnotes even if it just gives you an answer when you convert an unanswered equation into maths. Addition: adding a math feature where you can type out math equations in the same way you would type math equations into word would be amazing. I also love…

  15. After finished highlighting a pdf, and saving it, the saved document has the highlight in front of the text, instead of behind it as it was while editing the pdf. Hope I was clear, and the problem is an easy fix!

  17. When I want to export note that I tape many sentences on many pages. It’s a pain to remove all tape in all pages (there is already remove all tape option, but it just only for page by page)

  18. In currently Goodnotes for Windows version, the most important features (that no other windows notetaking app can currently offer) is still missing: voice recording linked to ink!

I hope this feature could be added soon.

Also having infinite canvas options rather than just adding single pages would be great!

Btw also having a one time purchase option for Goodnotes for Windows, dedicated to students and academics would be great.
