All I wanna know is why? Why do they favor iOS over everything else? Is there some sort of money reason?

I’m just a bit frustrated because I really love my Windows device but the features on my iPhone are much more extensive. It would be super helpful if the features could be updated for us, too.

Pretty much sums it up. I am shocked at the feature disparity between iOS and Android versions.

Eu preciso muito disso. Escolhi o Goodnotes para poder escrever minhas notas usando um Samsung Tab S9 FE+ e poder visualizar minhas notas em um iPhone, isso já acontece, porém as ferramentas de edição são muito inferiores.

I have always loved using goodnotes in ipad, having used it for almost 2 years. I decided to get a windows device only to be dissapointed that the features avaiable in the windows version are nowhere close to hwat the ipad version offers. Please make these features avaiable in windows/android soon!

To better organize the notes, try to insert the ability to add a page to the index and sync bookmarks between shared documents

To improve GoodNotes for Android, Windows, and Web, focus on feature parity with iOS, including full PDF annotation tools, handwriting-to-text, and audio recording support. Enhance cross-platform sync for a seamless experience across devices. Lastly, optimize the UI for touchscreen and stylus use on Android and Windows tablets. I just bought a Samsung S9 FE Plus tablet for my son who is entering university and needs a note-taking app that can recognize handwriting including math formulas and convert them to printed text. THIS WAS THE MAJOR REQUIREMENT. I did this because reviews touted Goodnotes 5/6 had this featire, and the tablets reviews noted it came with a year subscription of the app -- so naturally one assumes they work well together.
I was horrified on setting up the tablet to find out the app, does almost nothing of what we need -- it's an inferior Web app. No math conversion or handwriting recognition at all. It was quite confusing since the Help feature on the Android app discussed how to do this on Goodnotes 5/6 -- which don't run on this tablet at all. SHAME ON YOU, DEVELOPERS. -

Yes, I won't purchase any windows sub or product until features catch up. And is optimized or native. And finally, it must sync with mac/ios, or imo there is no point.

Study sets and tapes are invaluable tools for revision and its unfair that we cannot access these features

So we have more than 3 colors to pin and more pen thickness options like the IOS Version

I've noticed the development team making leaps and bounds in updating the Android version, it has come a long way since I first started using it, and I am very grateful for their hard work to develop on Android for us users on Samsung tablets. I just wanted to come and report two major bugs/missing features I noticed. Custom colors added to the palette don't save once you exit the app. And there is no android option to export single-pages. Thank you for your time though to support us Android users, I was very excited to see it when it was released.

One thing they should really do is the ability to import PDF files to Goodnotes. As well, if there are other file formats and you want to save it on goodnotes, it automatically imports it into an pdf-file.
For example; I have teachers that upload their power points as an PP-file and not as an pdf-file. Beeing able to have all the lectures as pdf-file on goodnote would make my life 100 times easier and more efficient.

the windows version is nowhere near as good as the ios version otherwise I'd be more than happy to pay for a subscription. The lack of functionalities and options compared to iOS is appalling

Hello,I am very disappointed with the current version of the android app. I mean, i can take notes with it, but there are very BASIC functionalities that are simply not there. Why can't I open two tabs at the same time ? Why is my battery (on my s9 ultra) dropping like crazy when i use this app? Why can't I use audios ? Why is it so unstable?
You keep using "used by millions of students" as a marketing value, but what about the android ones ? We're just spit at like if we were some kind of children to which you give a candy to cool off.
Damn, how can you look at yourself as a company when you give android users (a majority of people compared to iOS ones) a quarter of the app you give to iOS users, while making them PAY as much? This is not a scam, because the app is still DECENT, but for a PRODUCT that I BUY, i would like NOT to get discriminated in such a BLATANT way! I mean come on, is it that hard to make two tabs open at the same time?
I'll use it because i got a one year try with my tablet, but if it doesn't change, I'll surely switch up to another one, like OneNotes. -

I was really surprised when I couldn't even use custom fonts on the Windows version. Goodnotes on Windows is only good as an eReader.
