This is soooo important for students, the ones who mainly use your app! We must have multiple tabs (documents and notebooks) open simultaneously in order to navigate from a notebook to another without opening and closing them again and again. Its such a waste of time! Im sure everyone would find it extremely useful. Thank you!

Another approach to implementing this on Samsung devices would be to let us run the same app twice in multi view. I would like to be able to read my textbook and take notes while reading it. Whichever way you implement this, please make it soon. I'm struggling since all my textbooks are digital - as are my notes. Thanks!

Any updates on when this feature will be implemented? I was using GoogNotes for quite some time, and I enjoyed this feature on my iPad. Just subscribed to the windows version and was disappointed. This feature is not there, while it is necessary in my work.

It has been almost one year since this was suggested, is there any information on the progress of this feature?

Hi, I believe that a few factors need to be taken into consideration.
1. several tabs: similar to the original version, having several tabs.
2. Save the page location: avoid showing the page location from the first page again once we exit the document.
3. Multitab interaction: Texts and graphics can be moved between two tabs.
4. Drag and drop is operational across tabs. -

Being able to have two documents open in Goodnotes might be the relevant factor for me to decide for goodnotes rather than inkodo.
I use a 400 page long script. When I switch to another document in goodnotes to take a few notes and go back to my 400 page script, Goodnotes does not save the exact location in the script where I was working. Then I have to scroll through the pages to find the relevant section again. This sucks

Splitting the screen in two is very useful for using GoodNotes for teaching. I really would like to have it on Windows.

ont know if its only for me but the option to write while in portrait is locked and I can only scroll. I think the most optimal way to write is portrait and when that ability is locked its a real dealbreaker

Pls add a feature in which when we put some other window with goodnotes then also we can write instead of directly jumping to read mode and inability to write

Currently, if I snap a Goodnotes window to one side of my Surface Pro 8 screen and another window to the other side, Goodnotes doesn't allow me to mark my pages. As someone who does homework in split screen, this makes the app unusable.

Currently the beta allows me to use my laptop in landscape mode, but if I turn my foldable laptop from landscape to portrait, it turns off the ability to write in Goodnotes.
