Allow turning off of touch and hold to add comment

Please make it so that I can turn off the function where pressing and holding with my pen opens the menu to add a comment. I have turned press and hold off in my Windows system settings so I know it is something within the app itself

    This is a nightmare for Windows users. This feature pops up every time I move to write with stylus, and after so many of those popups, I start to hate goodnotes.
