Custom templates
The ability to create custom page templates to use in the notebooks. Also, need to be able to change templates to accommodate what we want with out changing ones we already have in notebooks.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion & feedback.
Custom Template feature is live and available to all Goodnotes for Android, Windows, and Web users.
Kindly go to Setting -> Manage Notebook templates -> Edit at the top right corner to add your custom covers and notebook templates.

Agreed! Please please please devs. Of all the features considered "native" to the iOS app, this is one of a few that has made it most difficult to switch since I've used a custom paper template since 3 years ago.
