Would love to see this. I like the other ideas suggested, to hide/show with 3 or 4 finger tap. And to have a mini dock for the most used items (customisable ideally).
I tend to use the double-tap gesture on apple pencil 2 to switch between pen and eraser which handles most of my work. The only thing useful to have as an extra is highlighter pens to quick select. Otherwise the rest can be hidden.
