    That is an excellent suggestion. Not just for engineers (I am one) but for people doing other functions from sales (like me) to students or other business uses.

    I would like to see some kind of shortcut key or command or button so that pre-canned customizable text or tags could be entered anywhere.
    If they existed, I would use them to tag notes with date, time, or category.
    Date and time would be particularly useful.
