An error occurred while saving the comment Stephane English commentedGoodNotes 3 had a hidden option to 'Optimise' a PDF, which could make a raster pdf much smaller and quicker to render. That function has been deletedn GoodNotes 4 - please, please bring it back.
An error occurred while saving the comment Stephane English commentedYou can do this already. Tap the grid button, then select edit and then the … button. You've then got an option to "optimize" any scanned pdfs. Note, this doesn't work with vector pdfs.

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephane English commentedWe now have bookmarks, which is a step in the right direction. Two things which would get us even closer:
1) make the typed text searchable, so I can use it to tag pages or items on pages.
2) implement hyperlinks to pages or bookmarks in notebooksWith hyperlinks, I could use iThoughts to creat mind maps, linking branches to my GoodNotes. That would be so useful!
This is a repeat of another idea on the list, which I've given 3 votes.
I need to update my comment, though. GoodNotes 4 has removed this feature. Please bring it back and make it easier to find than it was in GoodNotes 3.
