Yes I agree, we need on Windows a complete Ios like version of Goodnotes. Particularly I want to say that I am very disappointed that the app currently only works online (I hope this is due to the fact that is currently in Beta, I hope that final version will (must) have a Offline version otherwise it would be unpleasant for users).
The App is online only and this reflects negatively on many factors: it is not certain that many users have an internet connection available in order to use the app (for example students (to whom this app is mainly aimed) they need of use a note taking app in any kind of situation with and without connection in order to be reliable), moreover, the writing experience (despite a fast internet connection) is laggy and does not in any way guarantee the true experience of Goodnotes for iPad.
I fear that all this could be reflected in negative feedback from users similar to what happened with Microsoft Whiteboard which since it became online only has received many criticisms as well as requests to add an offline version again. The difference is that, however, as regards Goodnotes, it is precisely the experience in writing, and the features (eg: voice recording with notes) and the use even offline, that make it chosen by users compared to other numerous apps already available such as OneNotes, Inkodo, Journals ....
As for the features, I noticed the lack of essential features of the App (present instead on the iPad) which I hope will arrive in the next beta version: missing customization of tools, draw and hold (to recognize a shape) doesn't work on beta (See video in attachments), missing the essential feature for students: the newest voice recording memo with notes.
I dedicate this section to some suggestions to make Goodnotes unique for Surface devices:
-selecting the eraser, when using it if you shake it to erase faster, the eraser size should get bigger (like it happens on MS Whiteboard)
    - take advantage of the different vibrations of the surface slim pen 2 to ensure that each tool has a different vibration when you use it
    - add the possibility to choose, to add a page, in addition to the swipe to add also possibility to add infinite pages (like on notability and onenote).
-add a true full screen mode when maximizing the window (like it happens on Inkodo where the windows' menu bar is hidden, See second Video in attachments)
-Add a new pencil tool that feels (in writing style) like a real pencil (like the one on Apple Notes or Inkodo see third video in attachments)
-Add a clickable draw/note when you re-play the audio recording, in order to listen that particular audio memo related to the draw you touched.
