An educator says: let me be in control of what my screen looks like (think about recording lectures on an iPad). You want educators to use Goodnotes, right? An educator says: let me be in control of what my screen looks like (think about recording lectures on an iPad). As anonymous above says, ther is every reason to allow annotating with both bars invisible.
