    Small tip to get the document without annotations: Go to "Share and Export", click "Export all", Share it as a pdf and do not tick the "include annotation" button. You will get the document as a flat pdf with none of your annotations. Then just reinsert the pdf document as a new goodnotes document.
    This worked for me :)
