YES! I was just writing a new request for this. As both right- and left-handed users (I'm right-handed), we often face the challenge of keeping our palms comfortably on the iPad screen when writing near the page edges. Currently, GoodNotes automatically snaps the page back to the edge, making it difficult to shift the writing area for comfort. This often forces our hands to hover or rest awkwardly off the screen.
A ‘Free Move’ feature, allowing users to unlock and position the page anywhere on the screen, would greatly enhance the writing experience. Similar to Procreate’s canvas movement, this would enable us to center the writing area and keep our palms on the iPad surface. Adding a toggle for this feature would allow all users, regardless of hand preference, to customize their setup for a more comfortable experience.
