Bro, I was struggling with Intuit yesterday trying to figure out their software and it was a nightmare. Constantly running into problems and the support is a whole other story. If you want, check out the reviews on https://intuit.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html there are so many negatives it's amazing they're still in business. Everyone complains about the terrible service and the inability to quickly resolve issues. I'm honestly thinking about switching to something else because it's not funny anymore.
