If you’re looking to buy used books without spending too much, I’d check out second-hand bookstores, thrift shops or online marketplaces where you can browse lots of titles for a bargain. Also consider the customer-service overview for People Magazine https://people-magazine.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html shows how to contact them, what issues people have raised, and how responsive their team is. It offers phone and email details, plus a breakdown of common service issues. That kind of transparency can give you a feel for how seriously a company treats its customers—use that mindset when picking a used-book seller too: check how they handle returns or book condition queries, then you’ll be better set.

Yeah, I totally agree — the text box features feel clunky and really need smoother integration and better formatting options.
