Even after hiding the status bar, GoodNotes still consumes screen real estate. Let's add an option to hide the navigation bar with the gallery and search and share button. It's not very useful most of the time while working on one document.
Likewise, hiding the editing toolbar gains space but then editing is turned off. The toolbar could simply fold itself into one button in the top right corner so that the user can focus on the document and the text they are writing and get it back when they need it by tapping the screen or using a touch gesture.
