Pre-defined number of new pages
Currently we have to create a single new page each time, but if we already know that we need a document with 30 or 150 pages, it would be much quicker if we had the ability to create a document with those many pages.
Also, in existing documents, instead of creating a new single page each time, it would be quicker if we could tell Goodnotes how many new pages we want it to create each time.

new pages landscape
When you add a page by scrolling past the last page (or in front of the first page) it adds the new page in portrait mode even if the page you are scrolling from is in landscape mode.
This was not the case in the previous version of GoodNotes. Can you make it so it makes the new page match the previous page in format like it did in the last version of GoodNotes?

I like to use the app because it’s awesome to insert images and make notes as I want, but the text box isn’t practical.
It would be great if typewriting was easier by having ready-to-use pages and text pre-sets (sometimes it’s hard to adjust the space between lines and texts). It would also be nice to have tables options.1 vote -

Has an alternative or fix been found to this problem? I can no longer work with an app that does not let me access my notes when I need them

Awesome note backup
I use to use awesome note app with evernote syncing but I want to change to goodnotes and trying to sync with my Evernote doesn’t work.
I would like to get all my Evernote’s notes in goodnote.Thank you

Self-Coloring Recognization Tool
An idea would be to have a category called Coloring, Self-color, or Animate where we can insert an image and it colors the image and fills it in for us and can also recognize the colors in the image as well.It would be especially helpful for coloring in diagrams and pictures for school subjects such as anatomy for example, so we don’t have to take so much time coloring it in ourselves and it would be a lifesaver for all of us.

Auto-create axes from lines
When trying to create any sort of graph, the axes need to have graduations at regular intervals. Instead of trying to approximate by hand, there could be an option after the line is selected, to divide it into any number of intervals.

Page position asymmetrical
It would be awesome if there was a feature letting you move the paper you’re writing on on the side of the screen. So that the paper doesn’t always return to the middle of the screen.

Copying pictures
Wenn ein Bild per Screenshot eingefügt wird, wird es nicht automatisch auf dem Mac gespeichert und man muss einen neuen Screenshot erstellen, um das Bild auch woanders einzufügen (zb. bei Lernkarten, einmal die Lösung und einmal das Bild der Lösung nur mit geschwärzten Lösungen). Es wäre super, wenn man das Bild einfach per klick auf das Bild kopieren könnte, wie eine Textpassage.

Select a new colour and automatically use that
When I select a new colour from the drop-down / multiple list and click out of the colour selector, that new colour is not automatically chosen to be the new pen colour.

Pasting with dot grid paper
Hi. I use a dot grid background for all my planner pages. I love having that bullet journal feel.
However, pasting onto dot grid paper is a nightmare. If you use stickers, are moving content around, or copying and pasting, when you long press on dot grid paper, the only option you get is "Highlight, Strikeout, Define, Copy". Ahhhh. It's maddening! I always have to hunt for a space on the page that doesn't have the dot grid, and long press to paste there. For some reason, the apple copy and paste doesn't function well in Goodnotes. Handwriting recognition suggestion
When converting handwriting to text it would be preferable not to add a return automatically at the end of each handwritten line. Instead, add a special symbol to insert a return, like a capital “J” rotated 90° counter-clockwise. I’m thinking of the “return” symbol on BBEdit’s default font.
That one feature could save a great amount of tedium removing returns and adding spaces.

Small place (like window) inside PDF archive to write notes
My suggestion is the app could have a smal window inside a pdf to write notes about... Or import a notebook (small) on the archive, or, at least, add "post it" to attach the file (and be able to export them all at the end- not one by one, please).

Copy pages in thumbnail view
It’d be nice to be able to copy and paste pages from the thumbnail view instead of having to copy them, close the thumbnail view, click add page and paste them.

Login Code or possibility to lock special Projects
I absolutely like the App but i need to lock my notes because i am working with informations that are very sensitiv.
The possibility to enter a Code to the Wohle App or to Special notes is a Good Feature to save the informations1 vote -
