Dark mode
I would love an added dark mode option. Having darker greys and blacks could make the app look so much cleaner.
Dark Mode is now supported in GoodNotes 5.3 for iPadOS and iOS 13. You can enable system-wide Dark Mode in the control center and GoodNotes’ design will switch to Dark Mode. We also added a set of dark paper templates that you can use when creating new documents, adding new pages, or changing existing templates. Please note that paper colors won’t be automatically changed when activating Dark Mode because backgrounds are static.

Apple has a new Dark mode UI since macOS 10.14 Mojave: https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/macos/visual-design/dark-mode/. Please support it!

Saves battery and easier on the eyes. Plus it just looks cool.

The old Light Mode window that is aways open on my second display is really disrupting the feng shui of my desktop.

Just like Notability, it looks so much professional, and for some reason it's easy to concentrate

Like Acrobat reader and all the Adobe suite, the User Interface are becoming darker and more professional. Goodnotes will have an amazing result if the UI becomes dark grey with smaller icons.

Sepia is a must for night time for me. I like how Foxit PDF gives you a set backgrounds to choose from and also allows you to select your own background and text colors from a color wheel. For this reason I end up reading long pdf articles in Foxit because its easier on the eyes. Then I switch to GoodNotes for annotating the same PDF I read and note taking. It would be great if GoodNotes had this feature also, eliminating the need to use Foxit.

especially Sepia background (just like in the ibook or kindle app) in white-page PDFs would be very strongly appreciated in order to have a more comfortable reading experience.
