A way right now that you can use until they make this tools is to have a picture of the color then us the mark up, then the color dropper and get the color code and copy paste into your color in Goodnotes.

I am desperate for an eyedropper tool!! I use GoodNotes mostly for personal creative projects, and this would make life so much easier!!

Maybe not only to copy the color, but also copying the thickness of a line, which was drawn by a pen and maybe adjusted in size afterwards.

I really need this feature! Sometimes I want to use the same colors from the picture I imported to the GN page, currently I have to open another app to pick the image color to HEX, then paste and add it to pen color list, then I can use...
Hope you can just add this feature in pen color panel, so that I can change colors easily. -

I switched to Notability, despite it being more expensive, because of this and because they have snapping to grid which is absolutely indispensable for drawing tables and proper diagrams.
Goodnotes doesn't seem to care and both of these features have been requested for over 9 YEARS, as I've seen posts about the latter from 2013. It's getting ridiculous at this point.
They need to focus on implementing ESSENTIAL features before they start new things like the community page.

To add to this color picker, to be able to click on a photo in the notebook and choose a color. Or a color on my journal so I can match a certain sticker or font color. Having to use a 3rd party app to do so, then manually type in the Hex is frustrating and distracting. I have spent so much time just trying to get the color right its exhausting.

Absolutly a game changer. I currently take screenshots, upload them to color picking tools to extract the HEX code to be able to find the color again in Goodnotes. Not a pleasant UX there

It is so frustrating not having this tool built in! Makes getting the correct colors so much harder!

I agree. I keep looking for this every time I go to GoodNotes, but I always am disappointed when I can’t find an eye dropped color picker tool. Please come up with a solution, if you care enough to help out your customers with these ideas.

That would be really great! On the Mac you have at least a preinstalled color picker (which is really handy), but on iPad UGH 🙄

I always have to screenshot the text or thing that I want to match my ink color too and then exit the app and use anther eye dropper app to get the hex code which I then input into goodnotes and it’s such a tedious process so PLEASE add this feature!
