increase zoom
My niece is using Goodnotes in school and she is visually impaired. The "zoom in" is not enough for here to properly see text or to write herself. In other apps e.g. "PDF Expert", the zoom can enlarge the screen more than it can be enlarged in GoodNotes. If you fix that, I will be grateful.

Paste to multiple pages
It would be awesome to have the ability to group pages by number sets (or customizable keywords) and paste to multiple pages at once. I use goodnotes as my digital planner. It would be great if I could paste my recurring daily tasks or appointments to all of my days or specific days of the week that they occur, i.e 3:30 monday swim class to all of my mondays.

Annotation and Highlight eraser
Hello! I love annotating and i think it would be interesting if there was a feature where in when you want to annotate, it acts like a highlighter but you can click on the higlighted word/phrase and add in your thoughts. A cleaner way to annotate :)
And lastly there are times wherein i want to erase my highlights but unfortunately even my drawings would be erased :( i hope theres a way to easily erase highlighters rather than pressing the undo button

Sorting of documents by name in reverse order
Is it possible to change the order in which dokument is showned when sorting by name. I allways name my document by date first and as it is my new documents ends up last. I would prefer if the lastest dates are at the top

Study sets diagrams
It would be great to be able to add writing to the diagrams in the study sets- I was able to quickly add photos from power points into the "add image" mode with the three icons at the top of the page but after making a bunch of flashcards realized that when I clicked the pen icon the diagram disappeared and I couldn't get it back! It would be more efficient to write on the diagram versus having to upload a photo from the camera roll to write on it. It would be nice to be able to write on…

Customizable toolbar with colours
The upper toolbar, where we the share-button or the undo-button are sadly is in a dark grey colour. I would wish that the customer can choose an arbitrary colour or even theme for this upper toolbar. For example OneNote is purple and in Notability the theme of the background and the toolbar can be changed.

Post its idea
post it on the app should be easier to use. when you use them they should appear so you can write on them but when you top using them they should disappear/minimize (only appear as a little icon) so they don't use real estate on the screen or block part of it . when you want to read the theme you could press on the icon and the post should re-emerge.

Notes for Notebooks
Imagine having a notebook for a specific subject like gravity in physics. Having to look up the formulas is unnecessary and requires to open two goodnote windows. What if there was a drop down or draggable smaller window that shows them specific for the notebooks with own written notes?

Pen and drawing tool
The same colour and size is selected while annotating for Pen tool and Drawing Box/circle/shape tool by default . I hope the team works on this in future updates and lets users have separate colours for each tool and not necessarily default choice, so each time we switch tools it doesn’t hamper the flow

OneDrive or Website Hyperlinks as GoodNotes Elements.
Especially University Students will have to use f.e. Excel Files saved on OneDrive or Websites in their studies.
It would be nice to be able to embed OneDrive links or Internet-Hyperlinks as Elements in Goodnotes folders, so that you have every data related to your studies in one place and in one view.
Suggestion:
When creating an element in GoodNotes, we use the „+“sign on the top left.
One of the Options shown could be „Embed Link“.
There can then be an interface to enter the link and choose a Name for the Element.

Change formatting elements of ONE word
My suggestion is to add a feature that enables changing the size, font, color etc of individual words within the same text box, without affecting the formatting of the entire text. This would provide more flexibility and precision in formatting text, and make it easier to create professional-looking documents.

Offer document lock mode
I’m left handed and purchase my digital planners in portrait mode. When I write on GoodNotes I flip my iPad to landscape. When flipping to landscape I do lock my screen on the iPad but I’d also like to lock the document itself. When you purchase a portrait planner and flip to landscape the orientation is small so you have to zoom in, but when doing so the page can still move around. Please offer an option to lock the document.
