Study set tags
I’d like for there to be a way to “tag” cards within individual study sets a variety of colors. For example, if I have cards related to biology, I can tag them “green” and cards related to math can be “red”. When I go to study all of my cards, I want to be able to customize how many of each “tag” I want in my study session. For example, maybe I want to have a study session that’s mostly Biology with some Math as well. I would customize that I want 15 “green” cards and 5 “red” cards in…

[Full page Typing, Style & Formatting] Text formatting and preference for styling initial paragraphs
Text formatting
- (Some) Markdown support -- including the extended syntax
- TeX and LaTeX support (like $\TeX or \LaTeX$)
Inline code
and code blocks -- I'm not expecting syntax highlighting due to security reasons- Links
- Footnotes [^*]
Styling initial paragraphs
Most of the time, I style the first sentence of my document as Paragraph, not as Heading.
With the current unresponsive UI when using on macOS, I have to click Style & Formatting and change the style every single time. It would be great if the app could let me set my styling preference for new documents.

Switching between sets of color palettes
I think it would be a nice idea if I could create a color palette and then save it. Like, if I make a palette that's full of pastels and another that's darker colors, I could create a "pastel palette" and a "dark palette." That way, if I find myself preferring the dark palette for what I'm doing but pastels for another project, I could easily switch between the two without having to go through and change everything again.

Grouping notes like tabs
It would be helpful to group open notes like they're tabs.
This would be helpful as I could still have my frequently visited notes open on the Goodnotes app, but they wouldn't be taking up a lot of space at the top of the app (and I wouldn't have to reopen the same note multiple times a day). I would be able to find and organize my notes easier and it would look nicer.
I have attached screenshots of what this tab grouping looks like on Chrome as an example of what it could look like on Goodnotes.

To Do List App integration
Many of us use Goodnotes to take notes but are also using to do apps/task management apps (e.g. Todoist, SkedPal) to keep track of our work. We used to be able to take handwritten notes, convert to text, and then run a shortcut that would push it out to todoist; however, that seems to be broken. Any foothold you can provide that would allow for easy integration to a task management app would be amazing - I’d be able to quickly move my todos out of my notes and into my task list and I’d be so productive (…granted I’d…

Allow Text in more than one column
A basic word processing format is multiple columns that can hold text. Currently, even though in the paper choice section columns are offered as an option, when using columns, there is no way to actually put text on the adjacent columns. Text will not flow over nor can a simple cursor touch move text flow over to the next column.

Supporting Lenovo Tap P12
I have changed my Tablet from iPad to Lenovo Tap and I can't download it on the new tablet. I think, it is helpful if Goodnotes also support Android and not just ios

More fonts and Text Colors for Type on a Full Page
At the moment, the type on a full page option only has one default font; Helvetica. It would be extremely useful to have the option to change to multiple fonts and text colors.

Flashcard printing
most importantly, it should be possible to export the flashcards to a pdf for two reasons:
1. So it is possible to search for certain words (so you can see if you already have that flashcard)
2. So it is possible to print the flashcards!5 votes -
Tiled Display of Cards in Study Set
The study set is a very nice feature, but it is not fully functional yet. One of the requests regarding the study set is the ability to display cards in a tiled or list format. If pairs of cards were lined up on the left and right, as in the image, and could be shown and hidden with a tap, it would greatly increase the efficiency of learning.

New Index Page
Currently, certain notebook pages can be added to the index. The possibility of inserting EXACT POINTS in our notebook into the index would be useful. For example, if in sheet1 there are Topic1 Topic2 and Topic3, it is convenient to insert an index that when I click on TopicIndex1 takes me directly to Topic1, when I click on TopicIndex3 it takes me directly TO THE LINE WHERE I INSERTED the fixed index, in this case TopicIndex3

SNAP TO OBJECTS for improved alignment, with the ability to toggle on and off for that setting
This would allow you to align elements like text, images or stickers with greater ease instead of trying to 'eyeball it'. (Similar to how Canva or Adobe does this on their design interface) When an object is selected and you are moving it around the page, a line will appear alongside another element on the page, and the object will stick to that line when you move it close, indicating that it has snapped into the same position.

Side notes or collapsible sticky notes
Please add this to your feature especially on PDF documents where in the margins of a book is note enough to write some additional notes, could we just have an extra space outside the PDF page without doing it on another notebook? So that when we review that book, it was all in one place? If it will be hard for you to do then why not try a collapsible sticky note that could be put on the edge of a pdf margin so it would look like an extender on the same page of a pdf? Thank you so…
