  6. New marker that marks text uniformly and neatly like when using a mouse, not like a brush

    Right now, one can select text and press "mark". I want to perform the same action just by using the apple pencil without any effortful interim steps. Using the normal marker right now, I have to focus on drawing neatly to receive uniform marking results that are straight and neat.

  8. Zoom Window Auto Advance

    When using the Zoom Window in addition the Auto Advance having the blue box on the left side of the screen is quite inefficient. I have been a long time of user (3 years+) and I have always thought that enabling the choice for the Blue Auto Advance Box to be either on the left or right would be HIGHLY useful!

  9. bullet points and bolding in study sets!

    Please add in the ability to use bullet points in study sets. Us social science/humanities students usually have super long answers to flashcards, and it would be so helpful to be able to use bullet points instead of just a dash!

  10. Preserve Outline in Flatten Export

    Since handwritten recognition only work on Flatten export, and Editable is much bigger, it would be great to have the option to choose to include outlines in the Flatten Export.
    It could be a selectable option when exporting to PDF (Like including handwritten recognition)

    • Presets of tool combinations: Allow users to save and access frequently used combinations of tool settings directly from the toolbar.

    • Example 1: A preset for creating diagrams could include a dashed line, red color, 5pt thickness, and the ruler tool enabled.

    • Example 2: A preset for annotating text could include a yellow highlighter with 50% opacity and a black pen set to 2pt thickness.

    • Time-saving feature: Eliminates the need to manually reconfigure tools each time, streamlining workflows!!!!

    • Enhanced usability: Tailor tool combinations for specific tasks and access them quickly with a single click.

  12. Better Annotation

    We can write in the infinite grey space on either side of the documet. Doesn't have to show up when printing anything (only print out the page / inserted document). Or have numerous options to format it differently like OneNote when printing things out with annotations on the side.

    I use Windows at work and iOS at home. I would like Goodnotes to sync between both devices WITH the ability to PASSWORD protect personal files independently from work files. Similarly to how GOogle drive has My Drive and Shared Drive. that way I can keep work separate from Personal

  14. Writing Tab with Audio Sync, Embedded videos and GIFs, Active Recall AI, and Auto-Generated Flashcards

    Add GIFs and videos to documents that reproduce! Have a tab where you can write without modifying the original document, similar to "Ask Goodnotes," and allow this window to follow the text being written along with the audio (for example the "notes" option that is on canva). Improve how text boxes are displayed on Mac compared to iPad, as they currently shift position. Enhance the AI for studying to promote active recall (THEA is an excellent example for this). There should also be an option for Goodnotes to automatically generate flashcards from a document.

  15. Hide all masking tapes (memorization pens) displayed by clicking at once.一度隠したマスキングテープを全て元に戻す

    In the current version of GoodNotes 6, after displaying multiple masking tapes for memorization purposes, each one needs to be tapped individually to hide them, which is quite tedious. Therefore, I believe there is a need for a button that can hide all displayed masking tapes at once.

  16. Please make the Android as good as the apple IOS version

    The andriod version has so few features compared to the IOS. It's quite a disservice to andriod users who dislike apple ios. Please work on the andriod version tot be up to par with the ios!!

  17. text tool default color recall

    I use the text tool many times on Mac, but the color keeps reverting to black. Even though I created my own preset and removed black from it, it still reverts to black. If the text tool could default to the first color in the preset like pen tool, it would be much more convenient.

  18. Two major issues using apple pencil pro

    There is an issue with the usage of the Apple Pencil Pro.

    First, when using the pen with the hover feature is enabled, the writing experience feels significantly different compared to when it is disabled. Specifically, enabling the hover feature causes severe strokes or unintended extensions in the written text.

    Second, please fix the pencil experience. There is an issue with drawing curved shapes, where part of the shape turns into a dotted line. Additionally, the pencil tool appears too faint, leading to reduced visibility.

  19. Full screen editing/smaller toolbar

    On smaller Ipads I would like to use most of the screen as paper but the toolbar takes up so much space on the screen. A way to put it in full screen mode to edit or even have the option to make it smaller like apple notes or notability would be great.

    Notes and audio recordings synchronised to the second. If I press on the note the recording will be played at the exact moment I wrote the note
