I would love to be able to make several different color palettes, rather than a limit of 15.

Whether starting a new notebook or changing a page template, I cannot change the page color. It lets me select yellow, for example - but after I hit apply, no change.... the page stays white. Same for choosing dark. I can select from the designs such as dotted, lined, grid etc, and those changes work as expected, but the color does nothing.

I know in addition to the 3 standard colors and the option to purchase templates and import templates. At least for those who paid for the GoodNotes Premium option allow users to pick any color papers ( e.g. colors from a color picker). I enjoy the app, but also enjoy color coding. I believe this will be a good thing to add to the app.

Few pdf reader ha ke night mode. The background gets dark. And the content pops in contrast Color’s. But with GoodNotes everything goes black if I turn sheet Color to black. Much awaited update

I suggest a more customizable range of template colors, that can also be used to replace preexisting backgrounds on imported PDFs.
I also think it would be a good idea to be able to customize the color theme of the entire app.

Offer an integrated option that can allow users to create or edit templates. It could be a desktop-version or a webapp or whatever, but it is so frustrating that I can't simply create my own darkmode templates from the whitepaper templates. I would love to have a customizable template feature as well, perhaps mod some aspects of a page or have a selector of template variants.

I'm an engineer major, and it would be nice to be able to change the color of the templates, even just to include basic paper colors like yellow and white. Like if I need to print out notes, it's really difficult on yellow paper, and I can easily switch to white. And it would be nice to change just individual pages like if I'm taking notes in class in a notebook with graph paper, I may need to jump to a new page to draw a big diagram on blank paper. And the template feature was a pro for Notability when deciding between GoodNotes and it.

I like to use different color paper for different parts of my note taking and it would be great if you could pick the color of paper you want in the app.
