Give the windows/android users the time keeper tool

The time keeper tool allows users to track how long they have been working within certain documents, and overall, the work hours during the week. Would be great for productivity and a confidence boost for those of us feeling like we aren't working enough.

    I would love to see the time keeper be available on Android/Windows/Web version, it's really useful when studying for exams to manage study/break periods.
