Why do I now have to double-click a file or folder to open it? Please change it back so that I only have to click once.

    A separate preference for single-click versus double-click would cover both workflows, ideally following the device’s usual file-opening behavior by default. The current double-click requirement makes browsing feel inconsistent with other apps, so a simple toggle in navigation settings would be useful.
