It is laggy and i have to refresh it multiple time
I am just casually writing in a notebook, it starts to lag extremely, then it crashes and i have to reload the whole thing and a few of my writings are missing. This is really unfortunate in class. Also you download the app but when you open it, it shows Google Chromes icon. It should be an app and not a browser link you can open.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. I have reported it through the Apple Store but nothing came of it. I’m close to switching to notability. My Apple Pencil works perfectly fine in every other app AND when I use the text box in goodnotes. Just not the pencil or pen. So frustrating. And I have taken off every setting on the ball point pin, reinstalled, and all the other suggestions online. Nothing fixes it.

I am currently using goodnotes 6, and after the most recent update 6.6.2 I have been having extreme lag whenever I try to write on my ipad. I have tried removing the trash, clearing space on my ipads storage, and restarting my ipad but the issue is with the app itself.
When I zoom in to type, and scroll across the document, it freezes and the old text becomes blurry. When I try to erase or lasso something it often freezes for up to 30 secs before it actually disappears/moves. This makes the experience very clunky and difficult to use.
I also notice that when switching between tabs sometimes the document goes completely blank and I have to go to the main screen and back-up the data every 2 minutes. This makes it difficult to use multiple tabs.
Please fix this.

While using good note 6 there is a lot of lag after using the app for about 10 min or so. it is so bad that you can't write anything.it is only in goodnote and all other app is working fine. Currently using had 5th air with Apple Pencil 2. Also it is happening is both new document as well as long document

-I have a dual pen (i.e. I can write on one side and erase with the other) but the app is having trouble of switching back in time. When I erase and go to back to writing, it ends up erasing
-Page lag; takes time for page to load with writing
-App freezes sometimes (I don't know if this is just me or due to too many notebooks used but after deleting some notebooks I have noticed less freezing) -

Hi, I just upgraded to goodnotes 5 on iOS. I’m excited about the possibilities! However there is a lag time between when I write and when text appears above the writing zoom in window thing. It would be great if this could be fixed ASAP please.
