Thanks for sharing your feedback. Would it work for you to open a calculator app as a slide over app and then just swipe it in from the side when it is needed? You won’t have to leave GoodNotes for it and you can easily make some quick calculations.

The Apple Pencil latency is also down to 9ms in GoodNotes. However, GoodNotes doesn’t use “stroke prediction” which will make the line look “slower” than in Apple Notes when drawing longer lines quickly. It won’t affect the usual writing experience. Do you notice a higher latency when you’re writing as well?

Definitely a very interesting idea but quite complex and probably only relevant for very tech-savvy power users. We’re not sure but maybe it is already doable using Shortcuts, as other apps can read the converted text.
