Unfortunately I am not using goodnotes, I am running google keep on my linux. Synchronization works great and is a cross platforming, either through web application, desktop version and mobile version. It has a great integration with google docs and google suite. The most important part is encryption for data in transition, that protects against any interception. As a diary is the best option that could exist, it can be always with you. Maybe use Cedral to give it a fresher look? I am not a professional, but I had it installed on my house, and it looks much better than the old facade.

They are dealing with cases like this all the time, and maybe they will give you better advice on the topic than I can. I am unsure which color is better to choose in this case. I would make the house white, but you do you.
Also, I would remove those reddish things near the windows because I don’t like how they look.
