An error occurred while saving the comment Pavla commentedI am having hard time to reuse shapes like arrows but also squares etc because I often need to make them longer or shorter or smaller/bigger but do not wish it to change the width of the lines these shapes are made of.
Please allow shapes editing when pasted from elements or clipboard to be directly resizeable without changing the thickness of the lines these shapes were originally created. Let’s say I drew a square with a pen 2 mm thick and then I need to make the shape bigger BUT I STILL WANT IT TO BE MADE OF 2 MM THICK LINES.

@Ariel, regarding “At least in a good PDF (text or OCR, not just scanned images), you can highlight by selecting the text (hold your finger down on the text for a few seconds) and then choosing "Highlight". It will highlight in yellow. You can change the color using the lasso tool.”
although this is an option, it is a very inconenient way and slows down the worflow and is clumsy: even with a pencil, you first need to hold the tip on a word until it gets selected. then grab the handles and select the rest of the text that you wish to highligt. Then you need to pick “highlight” from the context menu. This is nothing close to just drawing with the pencil or finger over the desired sentences and let the app do its magic. Any pdf reader is capable of this, so I gather it cannot be that demanding feature, and it would really help with reading/study while taking notes.
